Week 1 Master Key Experience is really hectic. I feel that my day does not have enough hours in it.
I am trying my best to schedule all the Master Key tasks in throughout my day. Can you believe it? I have dozed off more than once whilst I was doing the 15 minutes really still sit exercise. Only to be woken by the timer that goes off at the end of the 15 minute period!
The conscious and subconscious mind information from this week, is very interesting. I am keen to put it into practice.
